Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is massage with highly concentrated plant oils, called essential oils, added to the massage oil or lotion. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, derived from leaves, bark, roots, seeds resins and flowers.The effects of essential oils are through inhaling their molecule during massage and stimulating special parts in brain. Essential oils are also believed to be absorbed through the skin.

Hot stone massage is a deep massage that uses soothing oils, warm basalt stones to relax your muscles. The therapists place smooth and heated stones on specific points of your body. The therapist also uses the stones in the palms of her hands to massage the body. The penetrating heat and weight of the stones relax tense muscles so the therapist can work deeper and faster. The head, neck and shoulders are the most common areas of the body that are prone to stiffness and accumulated tension. Repetitive stress, computer work, and other manual handling works causes to stiff necks, aching shoulders and headaches

.Head, neck & shoulder massage is relaxing massage that targets specific points in the head, neck and shoulders to release tension and at the end leads to feel light, relaxed and energized.

Thai Herbal Hot Compress Massage

Thai therapeutic hot compresses containing numerous herbs and its origin back to thousands years ago. Thai Herbal compress contains combination of 15 to 18 different kinds of traditional fresh or dried Thai Herbs that are tightly bound in fabric. During massage, herbal balls are heated in steamer and the ball should be just hot enough to touch them comfortably. The warm balls are then pressed or pounded over the entire body. The steam from the herbal compress releases the aroma and causes its effects.

Body Scrub

Body scrub is a treatment for body. It removes the dead layer of skin and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. A body scrub is done with an abrasive material mixed with some kind of massage oil and an aromatic like essential oils. The exfoliation is usually followed by a shower. During shower don’t use shower gel because it’s good to keep the oil and aromatics on your skin. Body scrub is not massage so we have signature treatments that combine both body scrub and massage.
